In 2017, we moved to our first commercial kitchen and expanded our catering services. We worked in some of the most glamorous venues in London, catered for celebrities and for the biggest corporate offices in the city.

Today, we have our own SALSA certified production kitchen delivering to thousands of customers daily and our Mezze-to-Go retail range available in some of the most trusted UK retailers.

Throughout our journey, we never strayed away from our core ethos and promise to deliver the best quality Lebanese food at affordable prices.

We believe in wholesome and natural ingredients. Our cuisine is effortlessly healthy, balanced and vegan-friendly with recipes full of vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds and healthy oils. Beneficial & aromatic spices, including cumin (or KAMMOON in Arabic), punctuate our food giving the distinct and delicious taste of home.

Our food is prepared in small batches by our talented cooks who master traditional cooking techniques; our recipes have been perfected over the years and approved by our loyal customers.
