Chich barak - Crispy Beef Dumplings in Minty Yogurt

In the Microwave (900W): Our food containers are microwave-safe. Dip crispy beef dumplings into yogurt sauce and heat for 2 min. Add vermicelli rice and heat for another minute. Timings vary depending on your appliance.
On the hob: Dip crispy beef dumplings into yogurt sauce and empty into pan. Cover it and simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally. Add rice to another saucepan along with a splash of water. Stir occasionally until warmed through.
Keep refrigerated and consume within 'use by' date shown.
